KUALA LUMPUR: With regard to the recent cancellation of Day 3 of Future Music Festival Asia, the organizers have announced the following refund procedures.

Eligible refunds:

Weekend Ticket 1/3 (one-third) refund of ticket purchase price including booking fee 20 – 31 March 2014 30 – 60 working days
VIP Ticket 1/3 (one-third) refund of ticket purchase price including booking fee 20 – 31 March 2014 30 – 60 working days
Weekend and VIP Cashless RFID Wristband Full refund on balance left on wristband 20 – 31 March 2014 30 – 60 working days

 

WEEKEND AND VIP RFID WRISTBAND CASH BALANCE REFUND PROCEDURES:

  1. Email in a refund request to [email protected]
  2. The following details are needed to process the RFID refunds:
  • RFID serial number (the 6 digit number listed below ‘Tap Here’)
  • Picture of RFID wristband with the ‘Tap Here’ and 6 digit serial number visible
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Estimated amount left on wristband
  • Bank account details:
    • Account Holder name
    • Bank Account Number
    • Bank Name
    • SWIFT codes and bank address if bank account is from overseas (*expect minor difference due to foreign currency exchange rates)
  1. Refund request must be made between 20 – 31 March 2014
  2. Refund process will take between 30 – 60 days

 

GALACTIX TICKET REFUND PROCEDURES:

  1. Email in a refund request to [email protected]
  2. The following details are needed to process ticket refunds:
  • Full name
  • Date of purchase
  • Ticket Type: Single Day 3 or Weekend or VIP
  • Location of purchase (i.e: Galactix website or Festival Ticketing Office at Bukit Jalil or from an authorized on-ground agent such as EDM Malaysia, etc.)
  • Ticket Serial Number – 23 to 24 alphanumeric code found next to the QR code (if applicable)
  • Order ID (if applicable)
  • Price paid (include booking fees)
  • RFID wristband serial number (applicable to Weekend or VIP ticket buyers only)
  • Payment method (credit card / Paypal / cash / MEPs, etc., please specify if others)
  • Bank account details
    • Account Holder name
    • Bank Account Number
    • Bank Name
  • SWIFT codes and bank address if bank account is from overseas (*expect minor difference due to foreign currency exchange rates)
  • Attach Proof of ticket purchase (i.e: receipt, ticket stub, picture of wristband with RFID portion and serial number clearly visible, etc.)
  1. Refund request must be made between 20 – 31 March 2014
  2. Refund process will take between 30 – 60 days

 

AIRASIAREDTIX TICKET REFUND PROCEDURES:

  1. Email in to [email protected]
  2. The following details are needed to process internet ticket refunds:
  • Transaction Number (e.g. TN-1234×6)
  • Bank Name
  • Account Holder Name
  • Credit Card Number
  • If Debit card, kindly provide account number
  1. Refund process will take between 45 – 60 days

 

AIRASIAREDTIX OUTLET REFUND PROCEDURES
(I.E. IF TICKETS WERE BOUGHT THROUGH AN OUTLET SUCH AS ROCK CORNER, VICTORIA MUSIC CENTER OR ONSITE AT THE BUKIT JALIL TICKET OFFICE)

For buyers based in the Klang Valley:

  1. Fill up refund form in Victoria Music Center In either Sungei Wang, Tropicana Mall or Amcorp Mall
  2. Please bring along a ticket stub or RFID wristband photo for Weekend passes
  3. Please prepare the following details
  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • Account Holder Name
  1. Refund process will take between 45 – 60 days

For buyers based outside the Klang Valley or Malaysia:

  1. Email [email protected] for the refund form
  2. Scan a photo of your ticket stub or RFID wristband for Weekend passes
  3. Provide also the following details
    • Bank name
    • Account Number (along with SWIFT codes)
    • Account Holder Name
    • Bank Address
  4. Refund process will take between 45 – 60 days

 

Please ensure that the information provided is accurate. The organizers would also like to thank all festival goers for their patience and understanding on this matter. Unfortunately, we regret to inform that refunds will not be provided for Complimentary, Single Day 1 and Day 2 ticket buyers, Single Day 1 and Day 2 RFID wristband holders and on flights and accommodation.
