KUALA LUMPUR, May 7 – Bonia Corp Bhd has incorporated a subsidiary in Malaysia, Podium Retail Sdn Bhd, to carry out supply, retailing and dealing with fashionable goods, accessories and beauty products. In a filing to Bursa Malaysia Wednesday, Bonia said the incorporation of Podium Retail was funded by internal resources. Podium Retail has an authorised capital of RM400,000, divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1 each, which have been issued and fully paid-up. The new subsidiary will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of Bonia for the current financial year, Bonia Corp added.
