Man Found Dead In Abandoned Section Of Pearls Centre Car Park



SINGAPORE, Sept 7 – The body of a man was found in the abandoned section of the car park of Pearls Centre on Sunday afternoon. The man, who is believed to be in his 40s, was found lying motionless on the 11th floor of the building in Eu Tong Sen Road. A police spokesman said they received a call for assistance at 1.16pm on Sunday. Paramedics later pronounced the man dead. Police said the case has been classified as unnatural death and they are investigating. When The Straits Times went to the scene, police investigators were collecting pieces of evidence and putting them into bags. Reddish-brown stains were also seen smeared on the wall.
