GEORGETOWN, Oct 8 – The Phenomenon of lunar eclipse or otherwise known as a ‘blood moon’ was clearly illuminate the sky near the Penang Bridge, Georgetown at 7:30 pm recorded near Queensbay Mall Seaside today. This is the second time the phenomenon is occuring this year. The first time was on April 15, but it was not visible in Malaysian skies.
The Phenomenon of bloody lunar eclipse at 8:10 pm, at the Queensbay Mall Seaside. Population in Malaysia in particular will be able to see the lunar eclipse phenomenon bleed (Blood Moon) from 5:14 pm to 8:34 pm. A blood moon is so named because of the coppery red color of the moon which is caused by the Earth’s shadow falling over it. Light passing through Earth’s atmosphere gives the moon a reddish glow.
