Jitra, Oct 18-Drug Prevention Association of Malaysia (PEMADAM) asked the National Fatwa Council issued a fatwa banning the use of the leaves and the water density in the country. Its president, Datuk Mohd Johari Baharum, said this was because of the use of water and leaf density would be detrimental to the health of those who consume excessive and persistent.
He said he is concerned because the density abuse has spread among schoolchildren of the water density as a daily drink, but also brought to school. “It is very serious density. First, in the north of the peninsula, but now it has spread to Terengganu, Perak and Pahang. “I have received complaints that the fishermen in Pahang water density prior to the sea,” he said at the closing ceremony of the seminar Ketum Abuse: The Silent Killer Nations Children Hosba Secondary School here today.
Mohd Johari said, PEMADAM also expect the Attorney General to expedite the process of formalizing a drug density in the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 because the density threatens the security of the country. “I appeal to the government to expedite the bill related to the density so that action can be taken against employers density plant destructive people,” he said.
Meanwhile, Mohd Johari, who is also Member of Parliament for Kubang Pasu, Kedah government asked to enact laws to ban the cultivation of land to the detriment of such density. He said the state government has the right to seize the land of the density operator if it violates the law and is entitled to destroy specified density of trees planted. “In Thailand, the authorities will cut the tree density than impose a fine of 500 baht for leaf density,” he said.
