SPAD Detained 97 Lorries On SILK Highway Since January

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 16 – The Land Public Transport Comission (SPAD) detained 97 lorries over various traffic offences in operations conducted on the SILK Highway linking Puchong and Kajang since January. SPAD in a statement here today said the operations were conducted following complaints lorries were posing safety risks to other motorists on the highway. It added that of the 97 lorries, 13 were detained last month.
