PUTRAJAYA, Jan 9 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak on Friday expressed his appreciation for all volunteers including university students who were went to the ground to assist flood victims. He said the assistance was extended regardless of their time and energy to help victims get back to their lives.
“On behalf of the government and Malaysians, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude. I am confident the assistance would be deeply appreciated by the flood victims. He was speaking to reporters after presenting an offer letter for 2015/1436H Prime Minister’s Special Haj Programme to Muhammad Qutub Amran, Second Imam of Surau Al Manar of Precinct 14. Muhammad Qutub is the first recipient of the programme for this year.
