KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 30 – Maxis today launched MyMaxis App, a customer service app, for its postpaid customers. “With the app, customers can view their account information, access self-service features quickly, download and pay their bills, check data usage and even buy data passes,” it said in a statement today.

Maxis said the MyMaxis App can be downloaded free from Google Play for Android users and App Store for iOS users. “Once downloaded, customers only need to log in once to access their account information and rewards. “The roles of physical centres have evolved from being very transactional oriented to consultation-based such as in checking bills, usage tracking and purchasing,” it added.
