Malaysia, Australia, China To Discuss Programmes To Commemorate MH370 Anniversary On March 8



GEORGE TOWN, Feb 24 – Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is expected to hold a day of remembrance on March 8 in memory of those on board flight MH370 which went missing since a year ago, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai today. Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai said talks are being held with Beijing and Canberra for similar programmes to be held in China and Australia.

“We do not have any decision has been made as yet.” “I have been made to understand that MAS will hold a gathering to remember MH370. “On the Federal Government’s part, we will discuss with Australia and China to see what programmes or plans we can carry out to commemorate the first anniversary of the missing flight,” he said after attending the Penang MCA Chinese New Year open house here today.
