BUTTERWORTH, May 5 – Independent candidate Salleh Isahak is very confident he will not lose his deposit and contesting for the first time in Permatang Pauh Parliamentary by-election. He said he would get the votes as the opposition pact was facing an internal crisis when he met voters while campaigning, especially at mosques, surau and markets, he found that PAS supporters were dissatisfied with the party leadership’s stand, especially on the implementation of the hudud law. Meanwhile, he said his focus was on Malay voters especially the imam and ustaz group.
