GEORGETOWN, Jun 13 – The first ever DC Justice League Run in Malaysia which will be held on 30th August 2015 at Esplanade, Penang. Today is the Press Conference with the CM Lim Guan Eng. From the DC Comics Super Heroes, the Justice League such as Superman, Batman, The Flash, Green Lantern and Wonderwoman will be bringing Penangites the first ever DC Justice League Run Penang.
There will be two distance options to choose from depending on one’s super strength which is 3km and 8km. Participant fees will be charges RM100 per person with the entitlement for cool super hero t-shirt (adult sizes only), mask or cape, medal, certificate and more. The register is now open till 12 July 2015.
The DC Justice League Run Penang is supported by the Penang State Government and organised by Penang Global Tourism with ActiveStyle as the Programming Partner. Besides that, the official radio station are Fly FM and One FM. Meanwhile, there were also a DC Super Heroes Weekend in Penang which is organised by Gurney Paragon from 27 – 31 August 2015.
During the dates, anyone who show up by cosplay or wearing the logos / characters of any five DC Super Heroes at Gurney Paragon’s participating outlets will be entitled to enjoy special promotions. Last but not less in the conjunction with the event, Penang Hop-On Hop-Off (HOHO) are also offering a 15% discount on its 24-hour tickets for anyone who cosplays or wears the logos of the five DC Super Heroes when purchasing the tickets.
