KUALA LUMPUR, June 19 – The Meteorological Department expected the strong southwesterly winds and rough seas will be persist in waters off Phuket until June 23. In the statement of Meteorological department said that the strong southwesterly will speed of between 40 and 50 km per hour and and the waves will be up to 3.5 metres. It was dangerous to small boats, recreation and sea sports in the waters of Condore, Reef North and Palawan.

Besides that, thunderstorms in water off Kedah, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Melacca and Sabah (Sandakan and Tawau) were expected that the condition will cause the strong winds of up 50 km per hour and rough seas with waves of up to 3.5 metres until the late morning.
