Maybank Services Will Go Offline On May 14 And May 15
KUALA LUMPUR, May 13 – Maybank services will be go off-line on May 14 and 15. Customers have been urged to perform all banking transactions today. Maybank in a statement today, said this will includes its Maybank2u services, access to ATM machines, and debit cards services, among others.
In the meantime, the statement posted on the bank’s website advised customers to perform banking transactions in advance to avoid any inconvenience during the period. The disruption of the services is due to an annual bank-wide system maintenance exercise.
The bank said they shall endeavour to minimise the duration of unavailability for these services and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
