Terengganu To Set Up Digital Hubs

KUALA TERENGGANU, Aug 17 – The Terengganu government has identified two locations, namely Kampung Ladang here and Kampung Telaga Papan in Setiu to be developed as digital hubs in the state. Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Razif Abd Rahman said development of the digital hub in Ladang would be carried out through an allocation of RM17 million from the Finance Ministry.

“We are also looking at  Kampung Telaga Papan and if it materialises, Terengganu will be the first state to implement this digital programme. The digital hub would also serve as a one-stop centre for online entrepreneurs in the state,” he said when met after an intellectual discourse on Transformation of New Terengganu towards 2025 National Transformation at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu last night. — Bernama
