T-ara’s Qri Billed For Penang’s K-pop Festival
GEORGE TOWN, Sept 2 – T-ara Korean Girl Group Leader, Qri having a press conference at Concourse Area, M Mall Times Square, Penang here this evening to promote the KPOP MUSIC WAVE concert that will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 at Setia SPICE, Penang.
KPOP Music Wave 2017 was the biggest Korean pop concert which was presented by Golden Warriors Film & Entertainment (GWFE) and supported by the Penang Tourism Board, the concert will be the biggest gathering of the hottest Korean stars in one night.
The line-up features international best-selling artistes B.A.P., Haha, Kim Jong Kook, Rain and T-ara as well as local up-and-coming talents d’vocal (dance group) and The Flaming Circle (vocal group). Following the launch of its recent event, the KPOP Sensation 2017 featuring Jessica Jung and Kang Gary, GWFE is confident that the upcoming KPOP Music Wave 2017 is just the beginning of bigger and more exciting Korean pop (“Kpop”) events to rock the region.
“Kpop is a global phenomenon and we are proud to bring the best Korean pop performers to the beautiful island of Penang. Penang has always been a favourite for holiday makers and it has so much potential to grow as a global entertainment destination.
