GEORGE TOWN, Nov 5 – Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng hold a press conference today said up to 80 percent of Penang was hit by winds of typhoon as well as heavy rain. He urged people to stay home for safely purpose. Strong winds, fallen trees and road closed at Tun Sardon Road near Penang’s Southwest District because there was a landslide. — PN
