Honda Celebrates 60 Years Business And 5 Million Units Motorcycle Production In Malaysia

BATU KAWAN, Dec 11 – Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd. (BSH), a manufacture and distributor of Honda’s motorcycle in Malaysia, today celebrated a historical milestone of 60 years of Hoda’s motorcycle business in Malaysia, and 5 million units production in Penang with the present of Dato’ Seri Ong Ka Chuan, Minister Of International Trade and Industry II (MITI).

The ceremony was also presented by Dato’ Madani Bin Sahari, CEO of Malaysia Automative Institute (MAI); Dato’ Surveyor Haji Rozali Bin Haji Mohamad, President of Municipal Council of Seberang Perai; and His Excellency Kiyoshi Itoi, Consul-General of Japan in Penang.

Also present were Datuk Loh Kian Chong, Executive Chairman of Oriental Holdings Berhad; Mr. Seiji Kuraishi, Executive Vice President, Executive Officer & Representative Director of Honda Motor Co. Ltd.; Dato’ Seri Loh Cheng Yean, Chairman of Boon Siew Honda Sdn Bhd and Mr. Nobuhide Nagata, Managing Director and CEO of Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd.
