SHAH ALAM,Jan 7 –Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin today urged all Pakatan Harapan member parties to support all candidates from the coalition contesting in the coming general election.
The Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Pribumi) president said regardless of which party they belonged to, they were still all candidates under the same banner. He also cautioned members against any forms of sabotage during the campaigning period.
“Whoever tries to sabotage the candidates now or during campaigning will be regarded as a traitor and an obstacle stopping us from achieving our goals,” he said. He also said the next general election was like a war which can be fought only with the combined might of Pakatan Harapan.
Muhyiddin said all Pakatan members must loyally abide by the instructions of leaders from all levels. He also urged members to get close to the electorate and convey to them the state the country was in currently. “We must work to convince them that we are the ones who will work to save them,” he said.
