PUTRAJAYA, Mar 6 – Some 443,883 candidates of the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) 2017 can obtain their examination results on March 15.
The Education Ministry in a statement said today, out of the total, 386,331 were candidates from government schools, government aided schools and government aided religious schools; schools under government agencies and Education Ministry (8,346); state religious secondary schools (8,346), public religious secondary schools (1,976); private schools (14,883); and private candidates (23,886).
The ministry said the candidates could get their SPM resluts from their respective schools after 10 am. “Private candidates will be notified by post or they can contact the state education department where they had registered,” he said.
The ministry said the candidates could also check through the short message service (SMS) by typing their identity card number and then key in their SPM examination number (angka giliran) and send to 15888.
It said the service will be activated on March 15 from 10 am and will be terminated on March 21 at 6 pm. The results can also be reviewed through the smart phone app by downloading the e-Board of Examinations, added the Education Ministry. — Bernama
