KUALA LUMPUR, Jun 1 – More than 20 media practitioners gathered at the Pavilion Residences in Jalan Raja Chulan here last night following a video footage of several luxury cars hidden in the luxury condominium’s parking area, allegedly belonging to former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak.
A Bernama check found reporters and cameramen crowding the entrance of the condominium building as they were not allowed to enter the parking area despite the heavy rain. A Mercedes and Toyota Vellfire – among the vehicles believed to have ferried Najib to and from the condominium – were seen arriving at the parking area of the building at 6.45pm yesterday.
The Mercedes was later seen leaving the premises about 8.30pm, followed by the Toyota Vellfire at 9.50pm. A 24-second video footage on social media showed several luxury cars in the basement parking area of the condominium. However, no police team from the Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department was seen near the luxury condominium. — Bernama
