Muhaizar Muhammad, a national marathon runner and Garmin athlete who had won second place in the 21KM Men’s Open had expressed that he was satisfied with finishing the run in an hour and 15 minutes. “I have added speed workouts to my training regime and effectively measured my progress with Garmin’s fitness functions.”

“Running helps motivate me and what drove me to join the Garmin marathon was to be a role model to my siblings. I encouraged them to participate with me and we had a lot of fun together”. Said Jovane Phang, Malaysian actor and Ambassador of Garmin Malaysia.

Championing personal growth through challenges, Garmin Malaysia’s vision towards a better health, fitness, and lifestyle for Malaysians could only be made possible by fellow Malaysians who took part in the past events, and hopefully in the future events as well.
