Additionally, it aims to address parking issues and alleviate traffic congestion in the surrounding areas. As part of this collaboration, Penang Hill visitors will have access to 6,000 Grab ride promotion codes valued at RM5 each. These promo codes are exclusively for journeys to and/or from Penang Hill, ensuring convenient and affordable transportation options for visitors. The promotion will be available from June 24, 2023, to June 23, 2024, with a maximum of two redemptions per user and limited to the first 500 redemptions per month.
Visitors can enjoy the discount by using the promo code GRAB2PGHILL. To further enhance the visitor experience, the promotion codes can only be redeemed by users who make payment for their rides via GrabPay, the digital payment service offered by Grab. This encourages cashless transactions and ensures a seamless and efficient payment process for visitors. In addition to the promotion codes, Grab benches will be installed at the dedicated Pick Up and Drop Off area, providing visitors with a comfortable seating area while they wait for their rides.
