BAYAN LEPAS, July 8 — Queensbay Mall is set to host its acclaimed “Vogue for Virtue” event, an initiative that combines fashion and fundraising to support the less fortunate. The event includes a month-long Model Search, starting on May 25, 2024, and culminates in a Charity Fashion Show with celebrities at 7pm today at the mall’s Central Atrium. All funds from the Model Search registration fees will be donated to sports-related charities, including PESRON, Persatuan Sukan Orang Pekak Pulau Pinang, and Persatuan Olimpiks Khas Pula Pinang, totaling RM27,000.
Key attendees include Penang State EXCO for Youth, Sports and Health, YB Tuan Daniel Goo, Queensbay Mall General Manager Peter Chan, and Centre Manager Lee Sue Ling. The Charity Fashion Show will feature celebrities like Azrel Ismail, Alexis SueAnn, Mark O’dea, and Sanjna Suri, alongside fashion showcases from brands such as Uniqlo, Adidas, and Guess. The event promises an inspiring evening of vibrant fashion while supporting a noble cause.
