PUTRAJAYA, January 10 – Citizens can now access over 90 government services digitally at Alamanda Shopping Mall in Putrajaya through the newly launched Kiosk Sentuhan Madani project. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim inaugurated six fully digital kiosks provided by agencies such as EPF, mydigitalID, Pos Malaysia, SSM, JPJ, and TNB, aimed at extending public service accessibility beyond traditional working hours.

The kiosks offer a wide array of services, including EPF account updates, SSM business registration renewals, payment of bills through Pos Malaysia, and JPJ licence renewals. The kiosks also allow MyDigital ID registration for seamless single sign-on to government services and TNB electricity bill payments. Government spokesperson Fahmi Fadzil announced plans for further expansion, with KL Sentral set to receive the next kiosk installation, and additional locations to be revealed soon.

“This initiative aligns with the Malaysia Madani principle, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and convenience for citizens. We hope corporations will collaborate through CSR contributions to expand this project to high-footfall areas like shopping malls,” said Fahmi.

The Madani Kiosk Initiative is set to include installations at 38 locations nationwide, streamlining access to essential government services and fostering a more connected, citizen-focused public service framework. For more details, visit the kiosks or check online government portals.
