KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 5 – Pakatan Harapan’s presidential council today announced PKR’s Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli to replace DAP’s Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua to debate 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) boss Arul Kanda Kandasamy.  Party announced the replacement and insisted that a live telecast be held for the debate with a live audience.
